Your account

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and use only the access assigned to you. Please treat other players respectfully and follow the venue's requirements.

Joining and playing

Creating an account does not confirm a league place. Registration is subject to your organiser's approval and the entry arrangements shown in the app. Arrange matches as required, report scores and breaks honestly, and raise mistakes or disputes with your organiser.

Read the league rules for the current format, scoring, handicaps, fees and prizes. Practice and drills do not count as official league results.

Payments and prizes

Check the entry fee and prize arrangements before confirming your entry. Player fees go to the club organiser using the payment method shown. Notifying the organiser that you have paid is a report; payment is confirmed after they check receipt.

Ask your organiser about withdrawals, cancellations, refunds or prize payments. Any arrangements must respect your legal rights. Cue Clubs provides the app; the club organiser manages the league and its money.

Cue Clubs Player membership

Player Free includes the full drill library and personal practice recording. Player Plus adds programmes, routines, detailed progress and goals at £4.99 monthly or £39.99 annually. The checkout shows the selected price and renewal interval before you confirm. You can cancel renewal in Membership, with Plus continuing until the end of the paid period. Your Free practice records remain available. During sandbox testing no real payment is taken. These arrangements do not limit your statutory rights.

Your information and content

Only add content you have permission to use. Playing names, approved results and league statistics may be public. Keep private or sensitive information out of public names and messages. The privacy notice explains how your information is used.

Help and changes

Contact your club organiser about entries, matches or club records. Cue Clubs is operated by Thandi Collective Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17464060. Report app problems through your organiser so they can raise them with Cue Clubs.

We aim to keep the app available and accurate. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. Misuse may lead to restricted access. Important changes to these terms or agreed league arrangements will be brought to affected users' attention before they take effect.

Your rights

These terms do not remove your statutory rights or exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The laws of England and Wales apply, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights to use your local courts.
