Keep your existing player profile
Use the same account across sports, clubs and squad invitations.
Use the same email and sign-in method as your existing Cue Clubs account when joining another club or sport.
If the app says an email account already exists, choose Sign in or reset the password rather than creating a new account with another email.
For a squad, ask the captain to send a personal invitation to your existing account email. Open it while signed in to that account.
Check the team, season and squad place before choosing Accept and link my profile. Being typed onto a roster alone does not connect an individual account.
If older records are missing or belong to a different email, ask the organiser to check the account link. Names alone are not proof of identity, and separate accounts are not automatically merged.
Available controls depend on your role and the season’s saved settings. Reading this guide does not grant access or change any competition records.
