Sign in, verify email or reset your password
Recover access without making a second player account.
Open Sign in and use the email address you originally registered with.
For a password reset, enter that email first, then choose Forgot password? Send reset email. Check the inbox and junk folder.
Open the reset link and set the new password, then return to Cue Clubs and sign in.
For a new account awaiting verification, open the verification email, return to the app and choose I have verified my email — continue. Send verification again is available if needed.
If access is still missing, check the email spelling and account you are signed into. Ask your organiser to check the membership or invite. Never share a password or reset link.
Available controls depend on your role and the season’s saved settings. Reading this guide does not grant access or change any competition records.
